The resort is in a beautiful setting and the room is as expected, clean and comfortable. The spa treatment was excellent and a great value.

There were some miscommunication with Booked.net confirmation and the hotel staff. Apparently, on the confirmation, we would be eligible for extended stay without charge on the day of checkout, and some other benefits. But when we asked the staff, they told us that it's only available for the villas. Inquiries were made and I was told at noon that we would not be charged for extended stay in our room that day; so we booked for a 2 hr spa treatment and returned to our room at 4pm. The staff called us and we were told that extended stay is free only until 3pm and extended stay until 6pm would be charged 50% to us. If we had known this at noon, we would have checked out at 3pm. The sum of money is not large but we were disappointed that our issue was not cleared early on.

Location close to Phong Nha National Park and the boat ride to visit the Phong Nha cave were fantastic. The breakfast offered was nice, and the staff were friendly. Additionally, the hotel facilities were up-to-the-mark.

The hotel offers luxurious amenities and exclusive services, such as a spa centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas on the beachfront. the gardens are beautifully landscaped, offering a serene and relaxing environment. We enjoyed the poolside snack bar and tasty food from the restaurants. the location is convenient to nearby attractions such as Phong Nha cave. the villas are spacious, and we appreciated the in-room breakfast.

One minor issue was the loud music from events at night, but this seems to be standard practice in the area. this hotel was an enjoyable and comfortable stay with attentive service.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront resort with sandy shores and an endless ocean view. the room was spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. the service was friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast with plenty of delicious options. the resort had well-maintained grounds with beautiful gardens and a huge pool. We also enjoyed the spa facilities.

Although the staff tried their best, the language barrier made communication difficult at times.

Spent Easter here and it was amazing! the pool is huge and the perfect temperature. Plus, the cocktail options were fantastic. the daily breakfast buffet had a ton of options, including made, to, order omelets. the location is unbeatable , right on the beach with stunning views.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations, but they were still comfortable. the prices of the food and drinks were a bit higher than expected.

Beaches and Food

The beaches are picturesque and clean, and the sunsets are gorgeous. The food was delicious and they also offered vegetarian options. The location is nearby must-visit tourist spots which made it easy to explore.

The service was dreadful, with impolite staff who were uninterested in helping guests. the price was insufficient for the value received.
